All shipping orders are prepared on Sundays and shipped on the ensuing Monday or Tuesday.
We freeze and then package all perishable food items in a foam cooler with enough dry ice to keep the contents cold for up to four full days of transit. Orders should arrive thawed but still cool to the touch.
Our method for packaging and shipping our products has been tried and tested many times. We are completely confident that your package will arrive cool to the touch and ready to heat.
If you are not ready to enjoy your Zelnik right away, place it in the fridge. If you intend to wait more than a couple days, place in the freezer.
Your order is fully guaranteed to be free of spoilage. If there are excessive delays in shipping that lead to contamination we will either send another package or refund the customer. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with such issues.
Some important information about the dry ice we use in our packages:
- Dry ice is extremely cold at -109.3°F!
- Any remaining dry ice in your package should be handled with care. Avoid contact with your skin.
- Don't see any dry ice left? It's OK! We expect the dry ice to evaporate during transit.
